A noise quota for Dublin Airport and restrictions on nighttime flights on it's new runway have been recommended.
They're part of proposals from the Aircraft Noise Competent Authority, that would see the north runway closed from midnight to 6am, to cut down on noise.The regulator's also recommended a Sound Insulation Grant scheme worth up to 20-thousand euro for nearby residents.
