AirCoach To Run Hourly Services From Greystones This Summer

Aircoach have submitted this week their formal application to enhance the Greystones Aircoach service route to the Airport.

Speaking today Minister Harris said: “For months I’ve been campaigning to get an enhanced Aircoach service from Greystones.

“I am delighted to confirm that Aircoach have submitted their application get an hourly Aircoach service from Greystones to the National Transport Authority (NTA).

“In even better news they have confirmed to be they expect this new 702 service to be operational by summer 2024. It will be key to get it operational during that peak travelling period.

“This however is subject to the NTA’s approval.

“Residents across County Wicklow and who live on the Greystones route to the Airport have been asking for an increased enhanced service.

“This service is in high demand and will be a fantastic improvement on current public transport service to the airport.

 Minister Harris added “I know this news will be well received by residents. We need to give people better access to public transport services to get to the airport.

 “The next step is to now get confirmation from the NTA on their approval of this service.

 Minister Harris concluded: “I intend to keep all Wicklow residents informed of the new services in their area."
