Jamie Ryan visited Le Chéile Taekwon-Do to meet the instructors, students and parents behind its adaptive and inclusive classes in Bray and Kilcoole. The programme began with just three adaptive students and has since grown to 36, giving people of different ages and abilities the opportunity to train, grade and compete. Jamie hears how the classes are adapted to each student’s abilities, while maintaining the same standards and opportunities as mainstream Taekwon-Do, and discovers the friendships, confidence and sense of community that have developed along the way.
