Jamie Ryan headed to Bray Seafront to meet the organisers and participants of a new Men’s Walk ‘n Talk group. The weekly initiative aims to create a welcoming space where men can get outdoors, have a chat and build connections in a relaxed, judgement-free environment. As concerns around loneliness, isolation and mental wellbeing continue to grow, the group offers a simple but effective way for men to support one another while enjoying a walk along the coast.
