Window On Wicklow
Thursday, 19 March 2026 - 5 minutes
Jamie Ryan headed to West Wicklow to meet The Cartwheel Trad Band and hear how a band born from personal tragedy became something truly beautiful. Founded by Niall Kelly to help his father John reconnect with traditional Irish music after the loss of his wife, the group has grown into a regular gathering of musicians performing across Blessington and Ballymore Eustace.
