The parental rights of same sex couples has something we have looked at extensively on The Morning Show.
Campaigners say ‘This is a huge step towards equality and one which deserves to be celebrated.’ However, many families will still not be covered under theses laws including Same Sex Dads, those who had a child through Surrogacy, At Home Insemination and those who used reciprocal IVF.
Ranae Von Meding and her wife Audrey had children through a ‘Shared Motherhood’ or Reciprocal IVF, meaning that Audrey’s eggs were used to conceive their children, while Ranae carried them.
