According to the National Youth Council of Ireland, one in three children has experienced some type of mental health difficulty. By the age of 24 that figure rises to one in two. Choose Life is a series of vignettes giving tips on how to cope with disorders such as ADHD, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. The series also offers advice to parents on how they can best support their children.
