A woman's due in court in connection to a serious assault in Sligo town.
On Saturday, a shop worker was hit with a hammer after advising a woman of her failure to wear a face covering in a store.
The victim was taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
A woman in her early 20s was arrested and charged and is due before Sligo District Court later.
