Woman Dies After Being Hit By Getaway Vehicle In Dalkey

A search is underway for three men, after a 54 year old woman was killed when she was hit by a car used in a robbery in South County Dublin.

Gardai are searching for three raiders after a woman was knocked down and killed following a robbery in Co Dublin.

54 year old Jacqueline McGovern was hit by a getaway car on the Avondale Road in Killiney at around 9.20 last night.

Minutes before that, three men had threatened staff and robbed cash from a shop in Dalkey.
