31-year-old Sarah Doyle was arrested earlier this afternoon, and and was charged at a sitting of Wexford District Court this evening.
33 year old Father-of-three Philip Doyle, who was originally from Bray, died after the incident at a house in the Ramsgate Village estate in Gorey early on Sunday morning the 26th of January 2020.
Ms Doyle has been remanded in custody until Tuesday where she'll appear by video link in court.
No application was made for bail.
