A Fianna Fail TD says he's still in pain after his shoulder was fractured during a mugging in Britain last week.
Wicklow/Wexford representative Malcolm Byrne was attacked while on a personal trip in London last Thursday.
In a statement, Deputy Byrne says he will be wearing a collar and sling but intends to remain busy working on national policy.
He also says mobile phone theft is a growing problem.
