Wicklow-Wexford TDs Brian Brennan, Fionntán Ó Súilleabháin and Malcolm Byrne have pledged their support to CJ Gaffney.
Since 2008 the Arklow skipper has been locked in a fight for justice after his trawler the Mary Kate was found to be seriously unstable.
He's been told he must now resubmit his petition following the dissolution of the Dail last year.
The European Commission previously informed Mr Gaffney that while the issue was outside of their remit, the Irish government would be able to draw down EU funds from the European Fisheries Fund for compensation given the very unique circumstances of his case.
