The primary schools are in Arklow, Valleymount , Brittas Bay, Rathdrum, Tinahely, Kilmacanogue and Bray, while Saint Marys College Arklow will also benefit from the funding.
Wicklow Minister Andrew Doyle says among the projects covered will be improve life safety systems the upgrade and installation of new surfaces on play areas and car parks.
