15 schools in Wicklow are to benefit from government funding worth €2.5 million.
The Summer Works Scheme is designed to help school premises carry out small and medium-scale building works.
Roof repairs will take place at Colaiste Eoin and East Glendalough while window projects have been earmarked at Kilmacanogue National and St Peter's Junior School in Bray.
The funding will also allow an external environment project take place at SN Muire Is Gearard in Enniskerry.
