The GALAS LGBTQ+ Awards 2024 will take place on Saturday, 5th October 2024.
Wicklow Pride has announced that their Chairperson, Patrick Bracken, and the organisation have been honoured with short listings for the GALAS LGBTQ+ Awards 2024. Patrick Bracken has been shortlisted for the LGBTQ+ Person of the Year Award, and the hard-working committee of Wicklow Pride have been shortlisted for the Community Organisation (Volunteer Staff) Award category.
The GALAS LGBTQ+ Awards, organised by the National LGBT Federation (NXF), celebrate outstanding contributions to the LGBTQ+ community across Ireland. These awards highlight the commitment, dedication, and passion that individuals and organisations demonstrate in advancing LGBTQ+ rights and visibility.
The GALAS LGBTQ+ Awards 2024 will take place on Saturday, 5th October 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Royal Dublin Convention Centre (Radisson Blu Hotel), Ship Street Great, Dublin.
As well as being chosen for the above, they also made the long-list for the following:
