Wicklow On Course To Surpass Social and Affordable Housing Targets For 2023

Minister Simon Harris says County Wicklow has surpassed its social and affordable housing delivery targets for 2023.

The county is now on track to exceed social housing delivery by 67%.

This is in conjunction with nearly 100 homes set for completion by the Land Development Agency.

Social Housing Build Target 2023: 226

Projected Build Delivery for 2023: 379

Local Authority / Affordable Housing Funding Target 2023: 28

2023 Pipeline Local Authority / Affordable Housing Funding: Supported Delivery: 102

Current 2023 Land Development Agency Pipeline for Delivery: 94
