Dublin-Wicklow Mountain Rescue and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue responded to an incident where a person had fallen and sustained a suspected head injury on the boardwalk in Glendalough on Friday at lunch time.Medics arrived on the scene and assessed the casualty, before transporting them to the car park to be handed over to a National Ambulance Service for further care.The teams deployed once again on Saturday morning to assist a person suffering from an asthma attack in the Crone Woods on the Wicklow Way.Again, the casualty was assessed on the scene before being transported to the car park for handover to a National Ambulance Service.
