Wicklow Minister Simon Harris says he is 'strongly' considering making a complaint against Sinn Fein TD Matt Carthy for what he says is a misuse of Dail privilege.
During an unsuccessful no-confidence motion last night on foreign affairs minister Simon Coveney, the Sinn Fein TD claimed the higher education minister leaked confidential information from cabinet.
Simon Harris says he is thinking about complaining to the Dáil procedures committee.
