The highest average price outside of Dublin was Wicklow at €430,000.
According to new figures published by the CSO, Wicklow households paid the second highest median price for a home in the country.
In the 12 months to December 2023, Households nationwide paid an average price of €327,500 for a dwelling on the residential property market.
Dublin had the highest median price of €444,000.
Within the Dublin region, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown ranked the most expensive.
The highest average price outside of Dublin was Wicklow at €430,000, while the lowest price was €165,000 in Leitrim.
