Wicklow County Council has opened an online Book of Condolence for people who wish to express their sympathy to family, partner and friends in Memory of Ms Lyra McKee.
She was shot dead by members of the New IRA in Derry during riots last Thursday.
Her killing has led to new calls for Northern Ireland's political leaders to talk about resuming power sharing.
Members of the public are invited to sign the Book of condolence on line at https://www.wicklow.ie/Living/Your-Council/Customer-Care/Books-of-Condolence, and once closed, the Book will be delivered to Ms McKee’s partner and family.
