The County Wicklow Food and Beverage Strategy which runs until 2021, will provide appropriate business supports to assist start up and established local producers grow their business, while developing a food activities calendar.
Wicklow County Council has launched a major new strategy aimed at developing the garden county as a leading food and drinks location.
Launched by Minister Andrew Doyle at a food showcase and buyers event in Kilruddery Estate, the strategy will look to create a co-ordinated approach to the food sector in the county, allowing it to become a regional leader on the Irish food landscape.
