Wicklow Brothers Among The Winners Of Michellin Stars

Two Wicklow brothers have picked up a Michellin star for their Dublin restaurant.

Keelan and Aaron Higgs from Greystones secured the prestigious award for their “Variety Jones” restaurant on Thomas Street.

However  one of the big successes in this year’s 2020 guide is the Cliff at Lyons 'Aimsir' in county Kildare, securing two stars, just four and a half months after opening.

However 'Aimsir' owner and head chef, Jordan Bailey, says anyone looking to check them out will have a wait, as they are already booked out until early next year.
