Tiglin, an organisation that provides housing and other supports to those affected by homelessness have expanded their services into County Kildare.

The charity currently has centres in Greystones, Brittas Bay, Ashford and Arklow.

Founder Aubrey McCarthy welcomed Minister Stephen Donnelly to the launch at Jigginstown Manor in Naas this morning.

The site comprises of 12 purpose built individual studio-apartments for independent living with a main management/community house.
