Wicklow County Council’s second Way with Words literature festival is underway.
Way With Words, Wicklow County Council's literature festival for readers and writers continues until Saturday March 14th with its exciting line up of authors, illustrators and music for adults, children.
Events for the week of March 9th include Pat McCabe in conversation with Ferdia MacAnna next Saturday in Arklow Library at 7.30 and Michael Russell on screen writing next Saturday at 7.30 in Blessington Library. Sunday Miscellany is celebrating 50 years with Catríona Ní Anluaín on Friday at 7.30 in Blessington.
Innovative visual artist Paul Gaffney is in Arklow on Thursday and Blessington on Saturday and on Tuesday the Arklow Writers Group have an Open Mic night at 8pm. The weekend includes Sarah Webb for children and top Chef Catherine Fulvio in Arklow at 2pm.
The Way With Words programme in Libraries is completely free with workshops, talks and events during the daytime and in the evening time. Small ticket charges apply to our partner events.
