A UK based childcare provider has bought Park Academy Childcare, which runs eight crèches in the south Dublin and north Wicklow area.
According to the Irish Times, the acquisition will bring the total number of childcare providers owned by Busy Bees to 650 globally.
Park Academy has been in operation since 1995 and caters for up to 700 children on a daily basis.
Busy Bees has been active in the Irish market since 2019 after purchasing the Giraffe chain of creches, adding 21 facilities to their business portfolio.
