U.S. Threatens Sanctions After Military Coup In Myanmar

The UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting to discuss the military coup in Myanmar.

Political leaders in the country were arrested during early morning raids earlier this week in response to claims of election fraud by the army.
US President Joe Biden has threatened to impose sanctions on the south-east Asian country.
