Welcoming the news Wicklow’s Sinn Fein TD John Brady says he was given the news at a meeting recently with the project team.
The plan is to construct a parallel service road going southbound, separating the traffic before the southbound exit for Roundwood.
It also involves placing a barrier between the service road and the petrol station forcing all traffic coming out of the petrol station, up the slip road of the Roundwood exit, before rejoining the N11 on the opposite side of the bridge.
