A 16-year-old boy will face a psychiatric evaluation after he appeared at the Children's Court charged with the murder of a homeless man in Dublin.
The body of the man was discovered in Kilmainham in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Dressed in a t-shirt, jeans and runners, the teenager who can't be identified because of his age, appeared at the Children's Court this morning.

The boy's solicitor said while his client was detained, a number of comments were made which gave rise to "great concerns for his mental health".
The judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation of the 16 year old.
He has been remanded at Oberstown Detention Centre to appear at the Children's Court again next Tuesday.
