Three girls from Dublin, aged between 15 and 17, who were on holidays in Courttown, reported that they were sexually assaulted and one of them claims she was also raped near the beach in Courttown, at around 12.30am on July 28th last.
The suspects were arrested yesterday in Kilkenny and held at Garda stations in the south-east. However Gardai have confirmed they have been released and files will now be prepared for the DPP.
