Reports of falling trees will be assessed by outdoor staff and removed if safe to do so. Motorists are advised to slow down and be aware of the dangers of fallen trees and debris. Carlow Weather have said that the storm is currently tracking east and that winds will suddenly increase as it moves. The Status Red warning remains in place for Cork, Kerry, Clare and Waterford.
