An Orange storm warning will be in place for 14 counties, of which Wicklow is included, as Storm Eunice tracks across Ireland overnight. All counties in Munster as well as Galway, Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Laois and Kildare have received Orange warnings which will be in place from 3am to 11am tomorrow. Eunice will track quickly over the country bringing severe and damaging winds, and for counties affected by the Orange warning, winds will reach mean speeds of 65 to 80 km/h with gusts up to 130 km/h. Some coastal flooding, especially at high tide, is expected. Met Éireann has also issued a Red storm warning for Cork and Kerry with gusts of more than 130km/h forecast.
