It says savings built up since January, due to Covid 19 restictions, have been released in to the economy this week.
However it says the hospitality sector has taken a hit due to measures introduced in the hospitality sector.
Ian Talbot of Chambers Ireland says fashion sales are also down because people can't socialise.
