Three months after it was placed on the market, reports today say Sinead O’Connor’s home in Bray has sold for well in excess of its guide price of €950,000.
The singer who moved out of the property some time ago, put the house up for sale in March.
According to the Sun newspaper, Montebello, which dates back to the 1860’s was sold for well over €1 million.
