Simon Harris Says Sinn Fein T.D. Should Offer Full Apology Over Tweets

The Higher Education Minister, Wicklow T.D.  Simon Harris says Sinn Fein's Brian Stanley must put forward a sincere apology when he addresses the Dail this afternoon in relation to controversial tweets from his account.

The Laois Offaly TD and Chair of the Public Accounts Committee deleted a tweet which appeared to glorify violence from the War of Independence and the Troubles.
he was later forced to defend a tweet about Leo Varadkar which was posted in 2017.
His social media accounts have been deleted and he took time off  last week to be with his family.
Minister Harris says Sinn Fein should hold its own members to the same accountability, it seeks from other parties.
