After eight weeks on the market, Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan has agreed the sale of her Pine Lodge home on the New Road in Greystones for just over 1.6 million euro.
The Carlow native purchased the property in 2017. The detached house was built in the 1970’s.
The move to sell Pine Lodge came just 11 months after her acquisition of a new three-bedroom terraced house off Chepstow Road in London’s Notting Hill district for 1.5 million euro.
