The event gets underway at Scotsman’s Bay in Dun Laoghaire early on Sunday morning.
The course includes a 2 kilometre swim, before competitors take to their bicycles for a 90 kilometre looped journey through Wicklow, taking in Enniskerry, Glendalough, the Sally Gap and Glencullen, returning to the Seafront in Dun Laoghaire for a 21 kilometre run.
From a quarter past seven until one o’clock on Suday afternoon, staggered closures will be in place on the Enniskerry Road, Monastery road, Forge Road and Deerpark road, as well as Togher Pairc, Ashtown Lane, the Wicklow Way and Old Military Road.
