Residential Property Prices See 3% Increase In Year To February

The price of a home has increased at the fastest rate in two years.

CSO figures show the cost of residential property went up by 3 per cent across the country, in the year to February.

Outside Dublin the price increased by 4.7 per cent, while they went up by 1.2 per cent in the capital.
