Rents In Wicklow Rose By 8.4% In The Second Quarter Of This Year.

Fewer than 150 homes were available to rent on the 1st of August in commuter counties surrounding Dublin.

Rents in Wicklow rose by 8.4 per cent in the second quarter of this year.

A new report from Daft.ie shows the average listed rent in the county is now just under €1,900, up 131% from its lowest point.

Report author Ronan Lyons says the rates in Wicklow are now similar to those in the capital.
