Property prices are still rising, with areas outside Dublin seeing some of the biggest increases.
Figures from Daft.ie show the average house price now stands at 284 thousand euro.
In Wicklow, listed prices are just under 17 per cent higher than the same period last year, with the average price of a house just below €370,000, much higher than the national average of €284,000.
Properties in the garden county remains the most expensive outside of Dublin.
Wexford and Waterford have seen increases of 20% percent, while Dublin lags behind on 8.4 percent.
