Property Prices In Wicklow Most Expensive Outside Of Dublin

The Residential Property Price Index for the year to April has been released by the CSO.

Wicklow house prices proved to be the most expensive outside of Dublin.

The Dublin region had the highest median price in the year to April.

The highest prices outside of Dublin were in Wicklow and Kildare.

Wicklow's median price sat at just under €450,000 while the lowest price was €169,000 in Longford.

Looking at Eircodes, outside of Dublin the most expensive areas over the last twelve months nationally were Greystones and Bray.
