A property developer has been handed a 15 month jail sentence after being convicted of forging documents for the sale of property in an effort to pay off bank debt.
Conor Clarkson with an address at Cairnfort, Enniskerry Road, Stepaside, County Dublin was found guilty of four charges of creating and using forged documents following an eight-day trial at Wicklow Circuit Criminal Court earlier this month.
The former Cheltenham Gold Cup winner of Kicking King –was acquitted of four other counts of making and using false instruments in relation to the same land deal dating back to 2014.
