Plans Submitted To Develop Huge Solar Panel Farm In Meath

Planning permission has been lodged to develop  a Solar Energy Farm in County Meath, which would be 200 times the size of Croke Park.

The 656 acre site, in the East of the county, is larger than the entire Stradbally Estate where Electric Picnic is normally held, according to the Independent.
if granted the development would consists of 3,990 rows, with a total of almost 411,000 panels.
