Plans Could See Well Known South Dublin Pub Demolished For New Development

It's believed that a hospitality company will submit a planning application shortly under the fast track process to An Bord Pleanála, to demolish a landmark pub in south county Dublin, to construct a new pub along with two commercial units and 2, five to six storey units to provide 276 bedrooms.

Loyola Group plans to demolish Bakers Corner pub in Deans Grange. it's expected the accommodation will be used for students attending the nearby Dún Laoghaire Institute of Technology, which is understood to be in full support of the project.
