A leading patient advocate has resigned from the HSE board after only six months.
Mark Molloy, who is the father of a baby who died in Portlaoise Hospital, says he feels "let down" by the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Health Minister Simon Harris.
He told the Irish Times that his decision is in protest at the "tokenistic" treatment of patients in the health service.
