Pat Devlin is stepping down as Head of Football at Bray Wanderers. He has enjoyed the role for the past three seasons with the Seagulls. The news, announced in a statement by Bray Wanderers, brings his career at Carlisle Grounds to an end.
The club offered their gratitude to Devlin and paid tribute saying:
Bray Wanderers extends its heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Pat Devlin as he concludes his tenure as Head of Football. Pat's commitment, leadership, and passion for the game have left a lasting impact on the club and the wider football community.
Devlin is fondly remembered for guiding the club to FAI Cup glory twice, as well as spearheading multiple promotions and some European adventures too. The club added:

His work has helped lay strong foundations for the club's continued progress, and we are truly appreciative as we look ahead to an exciting new chapter for Bray Wanderers and the seasons to come.
Pat Devlin was head of football at the Wicklow club for the last three seasons, having been manager over five spells, first as player-manager back in 1985. He moved to the role of head of football in 2022 with Paul Heffernan currently their head coach.
The Seagulls came close to promotion this year but lost to Waterford FC in a play-off final.
Bray were taken over by a consortium of businessmen in September.
