C and N Beauty Rooms on Dublin Street in Balbriggan was opened for a second day in a row this morning.
Around twenty minutes after opening it's doors, Gardaí arrived and arrested the salon owner.
Christine McTiernan appeared before Swords District Court this afternoon, charged under the health act for opening her business.
She was released on bail to appear before Balbriggan District Court on March 25th.
Meanwhile a Dublin pub says it will no longer stick with government advice and will start selling takeaway pints.
Management at Kavanagh’s Pub on New Street says because of 'incompetence by our government leaders their business is struggling.
Last month the Taoiseach said that no publican should be selling takeaway pints, when asked for clarity on the guidelines.
