The Carlow native bought the lavish property in 2017 from its' previous owner, economist Alan Gray.

The Edwardian-style detached house built in the 1970’s fits five bathrooms and bedrooms, is now up for sale for 1.5 million euro.

The home located on the New Road sits on 450 square metres of land surrounded by landscaped grounds.

The move to sell Pine Lodge comes just 11 months after her acquisition of a new three-bedroom terraced house off Chepstow Road in London’s Notting Hill district for 1.5 million euro.
