Oireachtas Committee Hears More Revelations About Irregularities At KWETB

...signed a 20 year lease on Block E in the Bray Civic Centre for a rent of 5.72 million euro, without any approval.

After further questioning by Sinn Fein T.D.s  it was revealed that fit out costs for the premises is expected to exceed a further 3 million.

In her opening address Dr Deirdre Keyes, who was appointed last June as the replacement of Sean Ashe, said the board will continue to co-operate fully with the ongoing garda investigation into irregularities at the state body. 

Doctor Keyes said significant resources had been put in place to assist investigators.
