The United States has registered five million Covid-19 cases
It comes as the global total of positive tests heads towards 20 million.
The US has announced its five millionth positive test - which comes after the President Donald Trump repeatedly said the high number of cases is due to the volume of testing the country is carrying out.
In Australia, the state of Victoria is still in lockdown, however the country's deputy CMO has said there may be signs of a breakthrough after a slight dip in cases.
While in nearby New South Wales students at two schools are in isolation after cases were reported.
In Brazil, the death toll has reached 100,000, while there are over 3 million cases overall in the country.
And India has now reported 2 million positive tests, while the global death toll now stands at over 720,000.
