New Regulations Will Allow Derelict Pubs In Wicklow Be Redeveloped Into Housing Units

New regulations will soon allow derelict pubs in Wicklow be redeveloped into housing units without planning permission.

The new exemption aims to increase the re-use of vacant commercial buildings and provide more housing supply.

Since 2018, 24 residential units have been provided in County Wicklow.
